By using Shuuru Go you agree to these terms. Shuuru Go is a marketplace that connects passengers and independent drivers in Kyrgyzstan.
We provide the app, matching, pricing display, and support. Drivers are not our employees. Fares shown in the app are estimates or quoted prices for that trip; cash or in-app payment may apply depending on availability.
You must provide accurate information, keep your phone number current, and not misuse the platform (fraud, harassment, fake trips). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Follow local traffic and taxi regulations. Emergency services should be contacted for urgent safety issues. Ratings and reports help us review users.
To the extent allowed by Kyrgyz law, TATADEV is not liable for driver or passenger conduct, delays, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
